Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment ist ein Spiel für die PlayStation Portable (PSP) , das am 14. März 2013 erschienen ist. Das Spiel gehört nicht zur eigentlichen Handlung von Aincrad und man spielt ab der 76. Ebene. Das Spiel beginnt bei dem Duell zwischen Kirito und Heathcliff auf Ebene 75. Das Spiel ist nur auf Japanisch erhältlich und es wurden bis jetzt ca. 200.000 Kopien verkauft.[1]Der offizielle Guide zum Spiel ist seit dem 20. April 2013 erhältlich.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment ist ein Rollenspiel für die PlayStation Vita (PS Vita) welches am 24 April 2014 erschien. Es spielt in einer anderen Zeitspanne als Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment , enthält aber Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment als Zusatz. Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment enthält den neuen Charakter Philia, welcher von Ishikawa Yui gesprochen wird. Eine Burst Leiste, welche es dem Spieler erlaubt durchgängig anzugreifen bis er keine Burst Energie mehr hat, wurde hinzugefügt. Eine Chinesische und eine Englische Version des Spiels für den Raum Asien wurde im Mai 2014 veröffentlicht. Eine andere Englische Version für Amerika, Europa und Australien erschien im August 2014. Zwischen Juli und September erschienen abhängig von der Version des Spiels zwei großes Updates.

Sword Art Online: Lost Song ist ein Aktion Rollenspiel welches sowohl für PlayStation 3 (PS3) als auch für Playstation Vita am 26 März 2015 veröffentlicht wurde. Versionen für den asiatischen Raum werden sowohl in Englisch als auch in traditionellem Chinesisch verfügbar sein. Eine Veröffentlichung für den Westen wurde von Bandai Namco auf den 13. November (Europa) und 17. November (North America) gesetzt und erscheinen für die PS4 und PSVita. Man erhält beide Versionen im Einzelhandel oder im Playstation Network Store (PSN). Die europäische Version kommt mit 5 verfügbaren Untertiteln, darunter Englisch und Deutsch. Am 19. November erschien in Japan die Director's Edition für die PS4. Darin enthalten waren SAO: Hollow Fragment, SAO Lost Song und DLC Codes.

Schauplatz des Spiels ist ALfheim Online, innerhalb des verlorenen Landes Svart Alfheim.

Dies ist das erste Spiel, welches es dem spieler erlaubt,einen anderen Charakter außer Kirito zu steuern. Man ist in der Lage seinen eigenen Charakter zu erstellen und kann zwischen den 8 unterschiedlichen Rassen wählen. Bis zu 3 Personen können gleichzeitig zusammen das Spiel bestreiten. Ein Flugsystem ist in das Spiel integriert, welches es erlaubt Kämpfe sowohl in der Luft als auch am Boden aus zutragen. Dungeon Kämpfe werden allerdings hauptsächlich am Boden ausgetragen. Durch ein neues Update, das am 28.5. erschien, ist es auch nun möglich online gegen andere Spieler Kämpfe auszutragen (PVP). Das bekannte letzte Update erschien am 17.9.2015.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization ist ein Rollenspiel für die Playstation 4 und Playstation Vita. Das Spiel erschien in Japan am 27. Oktober 2016 und in Nordamerika sowie Europa am 8. November 2016. Die europäische Version erschien mit verfügbaren 5 Untertiteln, darunter Englisch und Deutsch.

Sword Art Online: End World (ソードアート・オンライン エンドワールド?) is a social game, originally set to be launched by GREE in September 2012, but then delayed by technical difficulties and relauched in February 2013[5][6], that can be played via a mobile phone's browser (it is said to work best with webkit[7]). The game will be operated in a freemium fashion[8] and will only be available in Japanese. Only those who have a Japanese IP will be able to play the game[9]. As of June 2014, the game attracted more than 1,000,000 players registered in it.[10] A book called «Sword Art Online: End World Visual Book with Special Item Attached» will be released by September 27, 2014.

Sword Art Online: Memory Defrag (ソードアート・オンライン メモリー・デフラグ?) is an Android and iOS game that was announced during an official live stream on June 27, 2016. It was released on Android on August 22, 2016[Bearbeitung notwendig] and iOS on August 30, 2016[Bearbeitung notwendig] in Japan. The game will also be released in Chinese[15] and English[16]. The story has elements from the anime series, as well as an original story. Before the game was released, pre-registration was available. Players who had pre-registered received bonuses, the number of which depended on the number of pre-registrations. [17] As of December 2016, the game has been declared as the most trendy game in 2016 at Google Play Store.[18]

An international edition of the game, translated into English and Chinese, was released on Google Play and App Store in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Phillippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and the United States in January 2017.[19]

The Black Swordsman is a Chinese 3D RPG game where the player can control 3D characters and experience Sword Art Online, ALfheim Online, and Gun Gale Online. It is developed by Yun Chang Game under Bandai Namco's supervision [20]. The game is currently being distributed and is operating under Bandai Namco Shanghai, Bandai Namco Entertainment and Qihoo 360 on Chinese platforms. [21][22] The game was launched on Android in May 26, 2016 and on iOS in June 9, 2016 after a brief period of closed beta[20], though it is officially still in an "open beta" phase.[23]

Sword Art Online Board Game: Sword of Fellows (ソードアート・オンライン ボードゲーム ソード・オブ・フェローズ?) is a board game based on the Aincrad arc. In the game, the players assume the roles of Kirito, Asuna, and other anime characters in their quest to defeat monsters to survive and climb to the highest level of Aincrad. The game set includes six character cards, ten scenario cards, eight item cards, one support card, four main dice, four support dice, six character dice, and thirty tokens. The required time for one play is about thirty minutes, while the suggested age is ten or more.[24]

The game is developed by Arclight and designed by Seiji Kanai. It was simultaneously released in Japanese[24][25] and Chinese[26] on June 29, 2017, while the English edition has been delayed.[27]
