«Algade» (アルゲード, Arugēdo?) is a city on the 50th Floor of Aincrad, and it is the location of Kirito's home base. Algade is the city where Agil has set up his shop. It is also the biggest city in Aincrad, since the Starting City became The Army's main base of operations, while being smaller than Starting City in size. According to Kirito, Algade is a messy city, with several alleyways that may take several days to navigate. There were shops that you couldn't even tell what they were selling, and inns that looked like you could never get back out once you went in.

A Murder Case in the Area
Kirito is seen in the city along with Asuna to identify a player-made weapon, supposedly used to kill players, when investigating the murders within safe areas.
Year II
As Kirito's home is in this city, he comes here often.
He is first seen on this floor after coming back from being in the front lines, leveling up in the Labyrinth. He sees a Ragout Rabbit while walking home, and proceeds to kill it. He then use a Teleport Crystal to warp to Algade. Kirito goes to Agil's shop to sell is S-rank item to the merchant. Kirito decides despite the rarity of the ingredient, if they indeed try cooking it, it will just burn up. Kirito almost agrees with selling it only to take it back when Asuna arrives to talk to him where Kirito seems to find his chef. After that, the two leave for Salemburg.
Later, when the game is cleared, Kirito and Asuna watch as Algade and the other floors collapse into the clouds.
