Chudelkin (チュデルキン,Chuderukin?) was the secondary antagonist in the first half of the Alicization Arc. He served as the Chief Elder (元老長,Genrouchou?) of the Axiom Church in Underworld, working directly under Supreme Priest Quinella. Chudelkin burned to death alongside Quinella at the end of the battle at the top of the Central Cathedral.
Chudelkin had bizarrely white skin, a round nose, loose cheeks, deep red lips, and eyes that were long and narrow in a crescent shape, arching upwards in a cold smile. His torso was swollen in a perfect circle, with comically short limbs attached to it, and his neck was not visible. He was bald, and wore a golden angular hat similar to Cardinal's, but according to Eugeo, had worse taste. He wore a clown-like lustrous costume that was deep red on the right and deep blue on the left. The stomach area of his costume had golden buttons that had a great deal of strain on them due to how large his stomach was. His trousers were differently colored on the left and right, as were his very pointy shoes.

As Eugeo and Bercouli were trapped underneath the ice that Eugeo produced from his sword, Chudelkin came along while laughing and skipping about, and blamed Bercouli for not finishing off the intruder the moment he saw him, implying that Bercouli was acting upon treachery against the Axiom Church. Although Bercouli tried to argue back, the elder told him that the highest minister would likely want to reprocess them and then froze Bercouli with the use of a Sacred Arts ritual. Looking at an unconscious Eugeo, Chudelkin found himself a very useful pawn.
