Coat of Midnight is the rare drop, acquired by Kirito as a bonus drop by landing a Last Attack hit on the first floor boss. Kirito took out the coat in front of the raid party to show off his status as a Beater to reduce the discrimination of Beta Testers. However, he soon had to hide the coat in his inventory to hide his identity after the boss battle.
