ZeHaffen, what is the reason for the revert? All I'm doing tis just adding a minor detail about the keypad code when Asuna was locked up in the birdcage under the trivia section since I couldn't find an individual article about the Bird cage.
Oh, I see. I completely forgot about that as I’m rewatching the episodes so my mistake. And yes I understand the code doesn’t anything of value to the page, I just wanted to add something trivial. Perhaps next time I’ll find something more relevant to add.
For making edits an adoption is not really necessary. Hit the edit button and start editing. If your edit is bigger or you want to revamp stuff and don't want others to interfere until you are done, then an adoption can be useful.
We have a category called Under Construction Articles with a short explanation on how the template works and what you need to do in order to adopt an article. Please read this before adopting an article.
If you understood everything, then go to the article and add the template in the correct section. The documentation for the template is shown here. A currently existing example can be found e.g. on the Timeline page, use the source editor to see the code that is needed.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask us here or on our chat/Discord.
I don't really have access to the light novels so I don't know what issue to reference. But it's the rapier she uses throughout SAO II such as when battling Yuuki. It wasn't listed anywhere on her page except in her intro "Due to her tendency to charge into battle with a rapier despite being a healer".
So this is, like, super late (oops) but I'll re-add some info about that sword. This is why you should always provide edit summaries, it avoids confusion like this and makes it easier to figure out why changes were made.
let me clarify some points, albeit this by far addresses not all the issues.
First, the use of informal phrases. This wiki strives to provide information in good quality, thus articles have to be written in proper and formal style. One violation is for example in the first paragraph of your edit:
A huge ass monster appears
Second, misinformation is not allowed. In your second paragraph, you included Scarlet Rain, but she doesn't appear at this time of the event.
Third, and this ties to the first point, the standard for writing summaries on the wiki is past tense. Your entire edit was done in present tense. Look at other articles to get a feeling how summaries should be written.
Fourth, the style itself. Nothing is as boring as an enumeration of events. Character x does y, character z does q. Proper punctuation and transition of sentences is necessary. Unfortunately, most of your sentences lack this, e.g.
gather everyone of ALO (main characters anyway) and the members of Nega Nebulas and Scarlet Rain as well as Blood Leopard
This sentence leaves another point to discuss, the use of ALO (main characters anyway) is in no way acceptable, and does in no way qualify to be used on articles.
A spoiler alert is not placed in brackets to a heading, but as template.
I have not addressed all points, but I hope you see why ZeHaffen did what he did. If it were only one point, your edits could be fixed rather easily. But your edit, as is, would require far too much work to bring into proper style that a complete rewrite is making more sense. Not to mention the misinformation, those are in no way acceptable and will be reverted on sight.
I hope this information helps you a bit to better understand the reason your edit was undone. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any of the admins and regular editors.
A few days ago, I finally found the track used in the first few seconds of Trailers 1 & 4 of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale, which was "In This Cruel Land". A source I found said it was a track from Sword Art Online Extra Edition. If it is, any idea when was the track played?
BleedingUranium wrote: in this cruel land never actually appeared in the show itself. It's included in the SAO Soundtrack Collection CD set, and these OS trailers are the first time it's been used for something.
Ooh, I see. I thought this track was a new OST track for the movie when I watched Trailer 1 for the 1st time.
