Potion
Potions are one of the recovery item types in «Sword Art Online». Unlike Crystals, they take time to manifest the effect. Potions can not be inhibited by traps and certain areas.
High level potions are described as being sweet, like a combination of lemon juice and green tea. It could fully heal Kirito's HP at floor 74 within five minutes, but it has no effect on fatigue.
