Shishigane (シシガネ,Shishigane?) is a minor character in the Phantom Bullet Arc. He is a Gun Gale Online player who focuses on his VIT stat and defence. He was also one of the thirty competitors in the main portion of the 2nd and 3rdBullet of Bullets tournaments.[1]
Shishigane is a lightly-armed but heavily-armoured player. His only known weapon is a compact «Jatimatic» submachine gun, along with a couple of plasma grenades for support, though a lot of abnormal lumps can be seen on his body. The rest of his carrying capacity is filled up with hi-tech optical shielding and multi-layered armour against live rounds. He also wears a helmet with a face shield and looks like a giant boar.[1]
On December 14, 2025, less than thirty minutes after the 3rd Bullet of Bullets finals began, Shishigane was moving through the bushes, unaware that he was being targeted by Sinon from more than 1,200 meters away. Shishigane's armour protected him from being killed by a single sniper shot from such a distance while Shishigane himself continued moving away from the sniper, causing her to consider looking for another target. Just then, two of Shishigane's Plasma Grenades came in sight on his right waist. When Sinon sniped the grenades, the resulting explosion killed Shishigane, making him the ninth casualty of the tournament.[1]
