The War of Underworld (アンダーワールド大戦, Andāwārudo Taisen^?) is the thirty-seventh episode of the Sword Art Online Alicization anime adaptation. It aired on July 11, 2020.

Plot

Sinon, who had taken the role of Solus the Sun Goddess, landed on the ground and hugged Asuna and Kirito, who was still unconscious. She told Asuna to leave Vector to her and focus on defending against the remaining American invaders. Elsewhere, Leafa entered the Underworld as Terraria the Earth Goddess and encountered Lilpilin, the leader of the Orcs. They quickly formed a bond and Leafa agreed to let Lilpilin take her to Dark Lord Vector as a captive. However, they were intercepted by Dee Eye Ell, a dark mage who had survived Alice's attack. She attacked Lilpilin and tried to drain Leafa's avatar's life force. Lilpilin overcame his system restriction and fought back to protect Leafa. Leafa freed herself and defeated Dee Eye Ell. In the south, Bercouli Synthesis One chased Vector on his dragon and used his secret skill, Uragiri, to bring down Vector's dragon. He engaged Vector in a fierce duel but was outmatched by Vector's superior abilities and stun powers. Knowing he had no chance of winning, Bercouli decided to sacrifice himself for Alice's sake. At the ruins, the American players were caught in a trap and Asuna joined the fight. Vassago returned to the game in a new avatar and watched Asuna from a distance. A bright light shone in the sky. It was Klein, who had come to help in his ALO avatar. More allies from outside the Underworld began to arrive.
