TUSF... Why does the "game" parameter in location infoboxes double as both "VR" and "first game (adaptation) appearance"? For example, Underwold apparently made its game debut in Project Alicization...
Woops. I changed the second parameter to "Game Debut", instead. The second one was meant to be that location's first appearance in a game.
Oh, and is there a way to get the purge action appear as one of the buttons on an article? Kinda annoying to purge manually on an iPad...
Not that I know of. Maybe get a script or something?
How about going to User:Gsimenas/Wikia.js and adding the following:
$(document).ready(function() { if(wikiaPageType == "article") { PurgeButton = document.createElement("li") PurgeButton.innerHTML = "<a href=\"/wiki/"+wgPageName+"?action=purge\">Purge</a>" $("#WikiaMainContentContainer .wikia-menu-button .WikiaMenuElement")[0].appendChild(PurgeButton) } })
It should add a "Purge" link to the drop-down menu next to your edit button. If that's not good enough, I can probably change it to show up next to your edit button instead.
I'm asking because I saw that some wikias (e.g. animanga) have it as a built-in option.
Eh, TUSF, the Sword Skill/Spell tabbers seem to be broken...
Do you happen to know if Wikia changed anything in their CSS? Because now the profile page looks strange with all badges no longer in the container but listed one by one, and the achievement's descriptions don't fit into one line anymore. Seems like a space after the first bracket. As I don't saw you changing anything I believe it is Wikia's fault, but asking you doesn't hurt :)
Edit: I am blind, there was one.. http://community.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Kirkburn/Technical_Update:_August_31,_2016
Hey,
do you remember our talk about the font color of the text in the infoboxes? It would be a great addition to change the font color of the wikitable class too. Every element with this green as the background doesn't have enough contrast to show the white text distinctly, in my opinion. I could add it to my personal CSS, but I think it would be a good addendum for all visitors.
You wanted to introduce formatting on the chat. How about the ChatTags extension?
