I don't think it would be too much to say, "Leafa noticed a tatoo on Lux's leg that disappeared soon after Lux spaned. The tatoo appears to have a resemblance to the mark used by the murder guild, Laughing Coffin."
You have to be blind, or not have observed the page at all. Calling everything that isn't spoonfed to you, "Speculation" is a bit much.
@TUSF Claiming that something is a fact because "it looks like it" is a bit much too, don't you think? Unlike the M9000, no character even mentioned LC in this case, thus this is much closer to speculation than to facts.
Either way, her name in SAO should still be Lux guys. Because when characters import their avatars from another game, they keep the name intact. This has been shown two times by Kirito. He was not given a prompt to change his name when he first transferred to ALO, and it wasn't an option given again when he transferred to GGO. All of his other SAO acquaintances and Sinon when she transferred to ALO are also good examples.
My personal theory here would be that or she was a member of the front lines who prompted to join Laughing Coffin undercover as an informant with her friend Rossa. When this was discovered by true LC members and they tried to escape, Rossa shielded her and was killed, then Kirito came to her rescue. This may also explain why she idolized him. But then, that's just what I personally think. :)
Import deletes everything that is outside of the avatar itself: items, currency, presence (from Friends List and maybe the Monument of Swordsmen?). Import takes along everything that is the character: the complexion (appearance), attributes and stats, and probably "game-specific achievements" (such as marriage).
I mean, the player is married, but that status is saved only on the account before it converted. In contrast, if Kirito hadn't stored his ALO items with Agil, he would have no way to get them back when he imported back to ALO.
However, yeah, it is doubtful. In-game marriage isn't too hot of a topic in MMOs.
Anyways, about Rossa, that explanation may or may not be plausible. I would think that they felt that killing others was a bad thing, even if the blame wasn't to be cast on them after they escaped SAO. And then the LC members ambushed them and Kirito saved them, but not until Rossa had died.
Still, people could still have second doubts. No one can stop the second doubt, unless you force them to cope with it. It doesn't matter: not every Laughing Coffin member could be a cold-hearted killer. I'm sure Hiyori/Lux couldn't take the mental pressure of continuing to stain her hands with blood.
How can something be irrelevant as a sentence? Would it become relevant if it was a paragraph? An idea can be irrelevant in itself, not as a sentence. Or a sentence can be irrelevant, but not that a sentence format is irrelevant.
Anyway, we don't know that much about her past. Avoiding people could have been a consequence of her past.
From what I've read, this whole conversation started with one person pointing out that Hiyori had a faded LC tattoo on her leg. I have yet to see anyone link to or upload a pic that actually SHOWS her with this tattoo visible on her leg.
inb4 someone says "check the image gallery": I did. There's nothing there which even shows her legs uncovered (save for maybe one picture where one of her uncovered legs is just barely visible).
Did anyone try to go back to GGO to see if one of the 2 LC player Kirito killed during that raid could be a female (Rossa)?
To make thing clear:
1- SAO players do not "import" their character in ALO (as there isn't an "Import" option).
SAO Character file, data and inventory are saved in the player VR-device memory storage space, as well as on the game server. In the original SAO case the VR-device is the Nervgear.
ALO is a modify copy of the SAO cardinal and graphic system and it follow the same procedure (Character file, data and inventory are saved in the player VR-device memory storage space as well as on the game server. In ALO case the VR-device is the Amusphere .)
Once a player login to his/her account and chose his/her character the play with, the game come look for a character file in the player VR device and synchronize the server data with the VR-device one (This procedure allow to play on different server if you change region and or country).
Because SAO and ALO character are, at the core, the same, when a SOA player login on ALO using his/her nervgear, the game try to synchronize the data of the character on the server with the ones saved in the nervgear, re-using the graphic date of the avatar while converting it(modifying it) to the race of the choose character (You choose your race, you choose your name, you enter the game/the server synchronize). THIS is what they describle as "importing you SAO character.
If you look at Lux Tatoo, it disappear at the same time as the elf hear and other sylph feature appear (what is not common to the 2 games is modified).
I'm short in time atm but I'll post on Conversion to GGO latter this WE.
It was probably not only referring to the language, but also to that public library part. I could ask my library to get the manga yes, but they won't get it if it's in English. It's a (not too small) niche market over here, but that said not many would read a manga in a public library not in their native language.
Most people learn some English - that doesn't mean that they're good at it.
I'm going to tie this in to Sao 2 XAXA operated under the call sign death gun and he was taken out by Kirito. Johnny Black was caught by Kirito when he attacked Sinon. PoH is still at large. Lux and Kuradeel were killed during the raid in episode 6.
@Geomodelrailroader: Literally everything you said after "XAXA operated under the call sign death gun and he was taken out by Kirito" is wrong, and even the latter half of that statement is only partially correct.
lux is not a member of laughing coffin any more, she decided to start a new life with new avatar but maybe she imported part of her old account thats the reason the tatto was still there and then disappered leaving her past behind so i dont think she is going to try to kill kirito what a shame
