    • Integral Factor bosses are non-canon and cannot be added to the general Boss article as they are confirmed to be inaccurate.

      Well in Integral Factor the boss from floor 1 to 5 are the same as the one in this article. No doubts floor 6 to 9 are the same as well, there's no way the bosses are different. You said Integral Factor isn't canon, so is the other games like Lost Song, Hollow Realization. Intgeral Factor isn't a fan made game, it's an official game from SAO as well. Lots of people said these as well, including some of editors in here.

    • Hi, I'm the self proclaimed SAO Games specialist here.

      You seem to be missing the point. While these games are "official", they present their own canons. Floor 6 of Integral Factor is already different than what Floor 6 is currently established as in the main canon. None of the events of the games are canon to the main series. This hasn't changed with Integral Factor, being made blatantly obvious by you, playing as your OC, with someone you met in the Beta. You and Koharu most certainly are not a part of the main canon, neither is Diavel surviving Floor 1 or other events and characters for that matter.

      Integral Factor is in undiscovered lands at this point, having overtaken Progressive Novels. This doesn't mean you can blatantly quote IF bosses to be the canon bosses, even if Floor 6 boss did not contradict the main canon boss, since Integral Factor is a separate canon.

      Much like Hollow Fragment had Hollow Avatar as the Floor 100 boss, while Ordinal Scale confirmed it was An Incarnation of the Radius in the main canon. We don't claim HF was canon, because it simply wasn't. It was its own canon, now known as the SAO Gameverse.

      Please do let us know which Editor told you that you can take these media as canon, so we can talk to that person and slap some sense into them, because none of the editors I know, would say such a thing.

      Official != Canon

      And that's where you're wrong. The 6th Floor boss is The Irrational Cube, not some manticore. Floor 1-5 bosses were the same because Integral Factor was basing them on Progressive, but floor 6 and afterwards were implemented before Progressive's story reached these floors, thus they started to make up bosses of their own. That's why I specifically said that Integral Factor has been confirmed to be inaccurate.

      You said Integral Factor isn't canon, so is the other games like Lost Song, Hollow Realization.

      Yes, all the console games are just as non-canon and their material is not used on canon articles. That's why we don't list Infinity Moment/Hollow Fragment bosses on the general boss article, or use the weapon names from the games to name our unnamed weapons in canon.

      You said Integral Factor isn't canon, so is the other games like Lost Song, Hollow Realization.

      Official and canon are different concepts. Just because the game is made by an official developer does not mean that it follows the story of the novels and anime. For example, Leafa and Sinon did not take any part in SAO, but in all the console and even mobile games, they are added to the ranks of SAO players; that doesn't mean that we suddenly start treating Leafa and Sinon as actual SAO players in the novel and anime timeline.
