The sword is a demonic monster drop from a boss on the 50th Floor.
The anime along with the LN has frequent timeskips, so you may want to catch up on Progressive if you ever wanna see him get it.

The Eludicator was a drop from the 50th floor boss. So shortly after the events of Red Nosed Reindeer as the front line is the 49th floor when Kirito is trying to get the Revival item.
