Valgaaf here (an editor of this wiki and a mod from our Discord Server). The reason why most of the Alicization arc episode pages do have have plot summaries is that currently there are very few people working on that - to be honest only me and Gsimenas add something to anime episode pages from time to time.
While I don't see anything against your help in that area, please be aware that we expect an appropriate formatting, style and tense when writing an episode summary. Also, Gsimenas is currently the only who has enough skill (and determination/strong will?) to review and edit those summaries so that they are written in the top quality - though I plan to start reviewing in near future as well.
Of course, there are other articles that need to be worked on, but since you are Anime Team, I understand you might be not interested in them.
I definitely understand your concern about quality. Lder1995 and I have no problem with following your Manual of Style and submitting them for review. For now how about we do one or two episode summaries and submit them to Gsimenas for review and then you can decide if the quality of work is up to par with the wiki standards?
I have no issue with anyone trying to help out with plot summaries, since we are actually short-handed in the plot summary department. However, as Val has mentioned, I am a quality freak - I believe that good quality is more important than mere quantity, which is why we're lacking on the quantity. I used to do episode summaries myself, but I've just been too swamped to handle everything lately, so I couldn't get around to them.

The problem is that our manual of style has mostly been oral so far. We do have written guidelines for images, references, and naming (though we haven't yet agreed on the spelling/translation of certain Alicization names and terms, but plan to hold a discussion on them soon, hopefully), but I just couldn't find the time to put all the fine points about page formatting and good style into writing yet, seeing as I have to juggle uni, kendo, wiki stuff, SAO news and other stuff, so I've mostly shared pointers on style via chat conversations or edit reviews till now. If you want a detailed and written manual of style, I could try to get one written down next week. Or if you're in a hurry, I could just make a quick list of common mistakes for reference and then just look through what you have written to point out any issues I find.
Edit: Valgaaf wants me to mention that he's volunteering to look through your edits himself first to practice his reviewing skills. Seeing as I won't be able to get to any new edits on the same day, I don't mind him giving a once over before I look through the text myself.
Sorry for not giving you a heads-up. I've had a horribly busy week, so I practically had zero time for any detailed wiki work. I'll have a day off tomorrow and am not planning anything for the weekend, so I'll try to get the guideline done during that time.
Hi again. I spent last week working on a guideline of style. I believe I've covered most of the common issues I see on the wiki, though I don't claim that what I have made so far is the final version. I also tried to include examples where possible for clarity and specific ways how certain problems can be resolved. I'll probably add more examples and pointers with time, but since I don't want to delay this any further, I believe what's already written should be good enough for reference while working on summaries. Also, I'm still reworking the page format guideline, but that will take some time to do. Though I don't think that it'll be awfully relevant to you, as episode pages are already formatted by one of our editors.
Hello! I’m extremely apologetic for the late response. I just wanted to say that I have not forgotten about the wiki or the episode summaries. I have been swamped with different projects for wiki’s, plus also hold another job on top of this one.
I will definitely have this done by the end of this week.
While I’m here, just wanted to check up and see if you needed anything?
I sent you a friend request. Though, our wiki has its own Discord server. It would be more efficient to join the server rather than DMing individual editors if you decide to continue working on the wiki with us.
