As for your second question, are you referring to the way we have two different images for Alice in the infobox, or are you referring to both her names being listed on the infobox? If it's the latter, I'm pretty sure I answered the question the last time you asked something of the sort (I'm assuming that https://swordartonline.fandom.com/wiki/Thread:67135 was you). I would need to look up where this name was used (both to verify that the title was actually used in the story, and to know where to find the Japanese version of it for the infobox). But I currently do not have the time to reread an entire book, so it would help if someone were to specify where it was mentioned.

P.S. For future reference, please do not upload files to the wiki with poor names just to show an example. I would recommend joining us on Discord, where we can discuss editing concerns and upload images without clogging up the wiki's file library. An alternative would be to use Discussions, which work separately from the wiki itself, meaning that you can upload images without needing to add it to the wiki's library.

For the record, the file you uploaded actually is a .png file. Though, the fact that you didn't bother giving it a sensible name is definitely an issue.

Anyway, to answer your first question, my policy for infobox image changes is but one: the new image must be better than the old one in some way. A screenshot from the anime is not automatically better than an image from the novel. The reason we mostly use anime images is because the novel doesn't have that many coloured illustrations where a character is depicted in a presentable way (and it's usually easier to maintain uniformity in image dimensions with anime screenshots). However, the image we're currently using for Eugeo is pretty decent already. The one issue I might have with the current file is that Eugeo is depicted with blue eyes, when he actually has green eyes. However, the image is also more vivid than the one you're proposing, it has a better focus on Eugeo, and it doesn't have as bland a background. So, in my opinion, our current image looks better suited for an infobox than the one you're proposing. If we were to use an image from the anime, I would prefer to find a better shot of him. Though, I am just one person; an infobox image would be best decided through a community vote.

But I currently do not have the time to reread an entire book, so it would help if someone were to specify where it was mentioned.
